This service is useful when a counterparty has failed to fulfill their obligations, or when a dispute arises over mutual obligations (common in business activities or consumer protection matters).

A pre-trial claim is a mandatory element of the pre-trial dispute resolution process. After an exchange of claims, parties frequently gain a clear-eyed view of the strengths and weaknesses of their respective positions and act in their best interests accordingly.

In the vast majority of cases, competent claim work resolves the parties' dispute without court proceedings.
