Bankruptcy Petition Filing

This service covers a documentary analysis of the grounds for filing an application to open bankruptcy proceedings against a debtor, as well as the drafting and submission of the application to the commercial court.

Where the debtor is the applicant, the service additionally includes the analysis and collection of information required to comply with the formal requirements for the debtor's bankruptcy application under the Code of Ukraine on Bankruptcy Procedures.
